To create a digital or analogue street game for The Dundee Hooley event, that promotes Dundee & Scotland as a place of welcoming and kindness.

The game should aim to:

Promote welcoming and kindness through a multiplayer experience
Encourage everyone to join in
Create play for all ages
Sea Life theme
Provides an opportunity to participate in play or to watch play
